Home Dashboard

The Home dashboard summarizes merchants associated with the signed-in reseller. It helps identify merchant accounts that may require administrative follow-up.

The dashboard includes:

• Merchant Subscription Overview: Merchant subscription information.
• Merchant Status Overview: Merchants grouped by current status.
• Merchants Without Proper LHDN Submission Configuration: Merchant accounts whose submission setup may be incomplete.
• Merchants Without API Credentials: Merchant accounts that do not yet have the required integration credential.
• Merchant Status Descriptions: Explanations of the displayed statuses.

Use these summaries to identify the merchant requiring attention, then open the merchant profile to complete the relevant administrative task.
