Home Dashboard

The Home dashboard provides a centralized view of recent transaction and submission activity received for the signed-in merchant account across its connected outlets.

Available summaries include:

• Yesterday's total amount and overall summary
• Monthly submissions for the last three months
• Accumulated sales by outlet
• Today's accumulated sales by outlet
• Today's submissions by hour
• Live sales uploads by outlet

Use Filter Sale Type to focus the dashboard on the required document category. Chart layout controls may allow the displayed series to be arranged horizontally, vertically, stacked, or unstacked.

Dashboard values are summaries and can appear close to the time an outlet upload is received and processed by AECloud. Open the relevant document or submission list when transaction-level review is required.

Review dashboard information

1. Confirm that you are signed in to the correct merchant account.
2. Select the required value in Filter Sale Type where applicable.
3. Review the reporting period shown by each panel before comparing figures.
4. Use outlet-level charts to identify the location requiring investigation.
5. Open the matching LHDN Submission document list to verify individual records and statuses.

Yesterday, today, and monthly panels use different periods and should not be compared as if they cover the same dates. Live sales uploads indicates recent activity reaching AECloud; it does not confirm that every document has been submitted to, or validated successfully by, MyInvois.
