Downloading an e-Invoice

Open the e-Invoice

  1. Scan the receipt QR code again.
  2. Confirm the receipt information.
  3. Select Download E-Invoice when the action is shown.
  4. Review the displayed e-Invoice and its submission status.
  5. Select Download PDF.
  6. Save the generated PDF in a secure location.
  7. Select Exit when finished.

The output page can include supplier and buyer details, the e-Invoice number and status, document identifiers, item lines, monetary totals, tax information, and validation date. Check the status shown on the document before relying on it as a validated e-Invoice.

PDF generation

The Download PDF action generates a PDF from the displayed e-Invoice in the browser. Depending on the device and browser, the file may:

  • download automatically;
  • appear in the browser's download list;
  • open in a PDF viewer; or
  • ask you to select a save location.

The generated file name includes the invoice document number when that number is available.

If the download action is not shown

Action availability is controlled by the receipt's processing state. Select View Status if it is available. If processing is still underway, return later through the same QR code.

If the status is Valid but Download E-Invoice is absent or the PDF cannot be generated:

  1. reload the receipt link once;
  2. try a current browser;
  3. allow downloads for the site;
  4. check the browser's download list; and
  5. contact the merchant or support@einvoicecloud.com if the issue continues.

Store and share safely

The PDF can contain personal, tax, contact, address, and transaction information. Store it in a protected location and send it only to an intended recipient through an appropriate channel.
