Access and Account Relationships

AECloud uses the following account relationship:

AECloud -> Distributor -> appointed Reseller -> appointed Merchant

A distributor can maintain its own organization and the resellers appointed under it. Merchant profiles shown in the console belong to those resellers. The merchant's buyer or customer is outside this partner-administration hierarchy.

A distributor may cover an appointed state, territory, or business region and can appoint resellers to manage merchants within its commercial network. Do not interpret that description as a technical location restriction unless AECloud or the applicable agreement explicitly defines one.

What distributor users can manage

  • The distributor's company details and user accounts
  • Reseller company profiles and reseller user accounts
  • Permitted merchant profile information for merchants assigned to the distributor's resellers
  • Approved OAuth2 API credentials for the distributor itself or a reseller under its management

What distributor users cannot manage

Distributor users do not have access to merchant transaction records, including:

  • Sales and invoices
  • Credit notes
  • Debit notes
  • Refunds
  • Other transaction-level e-Invoice records

Distributor users must not use the console to maintain merchant outlets, merchant subscriptions, or merchant LHDN configuration.

Some dashboard panels may display summary information about these areas. Those summaries are provided for monitoring and follow-up; they do not grant permission to change the underlying merchant settings.
