Getting Started

Before you sign in

You need the following information:

• Your distributor code
• Your login name
• Your password

Your email address must be verified and your user account must be active. If you have not received an invitation or verification email, contact your distributor administrator or AECloud Support.

Sign in

1. Open the Distributor Console sign-in page.
2. Enter your Distributor Code.
3. Enter your Username and Password.
4. Select Remember username or Remember me if appropriate for the device you are using.
5. Select Sign In.

Use the remember options only on a private, trusted device.

Sign out

1. Open the user menu in the navigation bar.
2. Select Sign Out.

Always sign out when using a shared device.

Common sign-in messages

• Please verify your email: Open the verification link sent to your registered email address. The verification link is valid for 24 hours.
• Account disabled: Contact your distributor administrator or AECloud Support.
• Wrong password: Re-enter your password carefully.
• User not found: Check both the distributor code and username. If the problem continues, contact support.
