Getting Started

Before you sign in

You need your merchant code, username, and password. Your email address must be verified and your account must be active.

Sign in

1. Open the Merchant Console sign-in page.
2. Enter your Merchant Code.
3. Enter your Username and Password.
4. Select Remember username or Remember me only on a private, trusted device.
5. Select Sign In.

Sign out

Open the user menu and select Sign Out. Always sign out when using a shared device.

Common sign-in messages

• Please verify your email: Use the verification link sent to your registered email address. The link is valid for 24 hours.
• Account disabled: Contact your merchant administrator, reseller, or AECloud Support.
• Wrong password: Re-enter your password carefully.
• User not found: Check the merchant code and username before contacting support.
