Access and Account Relationships

AECloud uses the following relationship for reseller users:

AECloud -> Distributor -> appointed Reseller -> appointed Merchant -> Merchant Outlet

A reseller can maintain its own organization and the merchant accounts appointed or assigned to it. A merchant's customer is its buyer and is not part of this administration hierarchy.

What reseller users can manage

• The reseller's company profile and user accounts
• Merchant company and contact information
• Merchant user accounts
• Merchant LHDN information and environment
• Merchant subscriptions and renewals
• Merchant OAuth2 API credentials
• Merchant outlets

What reseller users cannot access

Reseller users do not have access to merchant transaction records, including:

• Sales and invoices
• Credit notes
• Debit notes
• Refunds
• Other transaction-level e-Invoice records

Only access merchant information when it is required for an authorized administrative task.

Managing a merchant account, outlet, subscription, or credential does not grant access to the merchant's transaction activity. Authorized merchant users review that activity in the Merchant Console.
