Customer Console User Guide
The AECloud Customer Console lets a customer—the buyer in a merchant sale—request an individual e-Invoice for an eligible purchase. This customer is not a distributor, reseller, or merchant administrator. Access begins from the QR code printed on, or otherwise supplied with, the merchant's receipt. A separate customer account and password are not required.
The receipt-based Customer Console is also distinct from the merchant's Customer master-data page, where authorized merchant users maintain reusable buyer profiles.
Use the console to:
- confirm that the scanned receipt belongs to the intended purchase;
- review the receipt header and purchased items;
- provide the buyer information required for the e-Invoice;
- submit the receipt for processing by LHDN Malaysia;
- return through the same receipt QR code to check submission status; and
- download the generated e-Invoice as a PDF when the action is available.
This guide is intentionally text-only. Screenshots are not included because customer screens may contain names, identification numbers, tax registration information, contact details, addresses, receipt details, and e-Invoice identifiers.
