Privacy and Security
The Customer Console handles personal and transaction information. Protect the receipt, QR code, email notifications, and downloaded PDF as confidential records.
Protect the receipt QR code
The QR code identifies a specific receipt and is used to return to its request, status, and download actions. Do not post a clear image of the receipt or QR code on social media or share it in a public chat.
Keep the receipt until submission and document retrieval are complete. Dispose of it securely when it is no longer required.
Enter information privately
- Use your own device or a trusted device where possible.
- Avoid entering identity and tax information over public or untrusted Wi-Fi.
- Check that people nearby cannot read the screen.
- Do not allow the browser to retain form values on a shared device.
- Use Exit or Finish & Exit after completing the task.
Verify what you submit
The e-Invoice request associates the entered buyer details with the merchant's receipt. Make sure you have authority to provide the information and that it belongs to the intended buyer. Do not use another person's TIN or identification information without authorization.
Protect downloaded files and email
An e-Invoice PDF or email may include buyer and supplier names, addresses, contact details, TIN-related information, receipt lines, amounts, and official document identifiers. Store the file in an access-controlled location and remove unnecessary copies from shared or public devices.
Recognize the normal access flow
The standard customer flow starts from the merchant receipt QR code and does not require a customer username or password. Be cautious if a link asks for unrelated credentials, payment-card information, banking login details, or software installation.
If you suspect that a receipt link, email, or document was exposed to the wrong person, contact the merchant and support@einvoicecloud.com promptly.
