Edit your profile

Open the user menu, select Edit Profile, update the permitted profile details and time-zone preference, then select Apply Changes.

Change your password

Open the user menu, select Change Password, enter and confirm the new password, then select Apply Changes.

Protect confidential information

• Never share your password.
• Do not place API secrets or LHDN credentials in email, documentation, screenshots, or support tickets.
• Confirm that you are signed in to the correct merchant account before handling data.
• Limit downloaded files to authorized recipients.
• Remove exported data when it is no longer required under your organization's retention policy.
• Sign out after completing work on a shared device.
