Distributor Console User Guide
The AECloud Distributor Console helps an appointed distributor maintain its own organization, manage the resellers it has appointed, and review or maintain permitted merchant profile information under those resellers. A distributor may represent an appointed state, territory, or business region; that description identifies its commercial coverage unless an agreement states that the console enforces a geographic restriction.
This guide explains the tasks available to distributor users. Distributor users do not manage merchant outlets, subscriptions, or LHDN configuration and cannot access merchant sales, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, refunds, or other transaction records.
The guide is intentionally text-based to reduce the risk of exposing customer information, registration identifiers, account details, or API credentials in screenshots.
